Low water consumption toilets throughout the property. These toilets are designed to use significantly less water per flush compared to standard models. They use innovative flushing mechanisms, such as dual-flush options or pressure-assisted systems, to maximize efficiency while maintaining effective waste removal. These toilets are an eco-friendly choice for conserving water without sacrificing performance.
High efficiency fixtures are designed to reduce water usage while maintaining effective performance and user comfort. They typically achieve this through innovative technologies and design features such as:
• Aerators: Sinks and showerheads often include aerators, which mix air with water to
maintain strong water pressure while using less water overall.
• Flow restrictors: These devices limit the water flow rate.

All houses will choose from two landscape options which will be low water consumption, utilizing endemic species and restricting ground cover to decomposed granite and/or artificial turf only.
